When former special education teacher Tiffany Fixter noticed a lack of jobs, opportunities and training for adults with special needs, she thought outside the box and founded Brewability Lab, the world’s first brewery to hire adults with developmental disabilities. Now, at the brewery, employees and customers alike are beginning to see disabilities as abilities.
