Bean Shanine of Bellingham, WA crafts and nurtures reborn zombie, vampire and all other kinds of baby dolls for her business, The Twisted Bean Stalk Nursery. The eccentric artist and baby maker, a mom herself, spends up to 8 hours a day bringing realistic reborns (with a monstrous twist) to life. At a minimum each baby takes 20-30 hours to create, and are priced accordingly (the bigger the baby, the longer Bean’s process) — costing well into the thousands.
