Okay, so let’s jump straight into it.
For the last years, I have been working with startups, people who are starting business or have established business.
Moreover, one of the top questions that I normally get asked is I want to start a business a, a good idea, but what do I start doing.
Should I work as a sole trader or work as a limited company? A charity or community interest company? What should I do?
So, I am going to come up in a nutshell because I have personally a very strong opinion on this. I am going to tell you about what works very well. Some people start selling online or start selling right away. Moreover, they do not register anything at all. Of course, that is an option as well. However, right here we like to be ethical and so we do things, planning things for the long term, making sure that we are doing the thing properly. Because we want to be out there in the world, and the way the things are going today. There is no option of doing things in any other way if you want to sell and you want to grow.
The government is there basically online, they are asking for things online, they are checking every second you online as well. People are out there, searching, looking you up… There are so many different ways that people can find out the real information.
This is something that you need to be aware of. One of the mistakes is that starting off and thinking that you can avoid things. I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news. There are two things you cannot avoid in life – Death and taxes.
