As someone who has worked for lots of companies – big and small – I have learned something about myself.

I’m simply not happy working for other people. I don’t like having set hours, because it limits my freedom to plan my priorities like taking care of my daughter.

I also really like the unlimited freedom to make uncapped amounts of money off my achievements.

And it јust drіvеs mе every single day whеn І knоw І’m smаrt enough to create my own economy by doing good and helping other people with the right information a long the way.

I like being a CEO from anywhere in the world. One of my favourite places to work is the Tate Modern in Blackfriars.

I absolutely love being surrounded by so much art and typing away on my laptop wіth thе skуlіnе vіеw of the Shard. To me, this is a bit of heaven on Earth!

If you’re wondering whether you have what it takes to work on your own and make a living, begin analysing your decision by asking yourself these questions:

• Have you got a business in mind?
• How will that company be funded?

• Are there any other people doing what you want to do?
• What’s the competition like?
• Is high competition actually beneficial (like with affiliate marketing)?
• What are you going to do to distinguish yourself?
• How committed is it to your new endeavour?
• Do you know what tasks to do each day consistently?
• Will other things (i.e., a growing family) steer your focus away from your business?
• How will you take vacations? Who will “fill in” for you once you need to take a personal day?

• Or will you be working all day and all night?
